Shipping Policies

SpellKitsForBelievers ships their orders out daily, Monday through Friday, via UPS.  Delivery estimations are based on the UPS diagram below and represent the standard Ground service.

Unopened items may be returned for a refund with prior authorization, but shipping and restocking fees will apply.

If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately after inspecting the merchandise and discovering damage.  Insurance claims are time sensitive, so it is important to have your damaged package inspected by the carrier as soon as possible.
